In the event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may contact us via email to report the issue within 7 days after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, you will also need to submit photos showing the damage.
Important things to remember:
- Purchase of discounted/clearance items, socks, masks, or underwear items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged:Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will not grant returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
There is a nonrefundable policy involving all digital downloads.
- Any digital designs that are purchased are considered FINAL SALE.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Send email to email@example.com. Detailing your name, address, and order number. Upload any and all pictures that may be relevant to your claim.
Authorization of returns or replacements will be determined by the staff of Graphic Xpressions. You should recieve a response within 72 hours from sending the message.
