How do I track my order?

Within 3-7 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email containing your package’s tracking information.

If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next business day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details. 

 

 

 

Shipping Policy
 

During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. TM Graphics  is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

If you realize after placing your order that you have given the wrong address, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately via email at contact@treasuredmemoriesgraphics.com.

 

 

Returns Policy

In the event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may contact us via email to report the issue within 7 days  after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, you will also need to submit photos showing the damage.

Important things to remember:

  • Purchase of discounted/clearance items, socks, masks, or underwear items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will not grant returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

There is a nonrefundable policy involving all digital downloads.

  • Any digital designs that are purchased are considered FINAL SALE.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Send email to experiencegx@gmail.com. Detailing your name, address, and order number. Upload any and all pictures that may be relevant to your claim.

Authorization of returns or replacements will be determined by the staff of Graphic Xpressions. You should recieve a response within 72 hours from sending the message.
